If I’m wrong about road wheels, Abbott does fit. Turret is built for indirect fire. Brit and Indian stuff in Iowa means it belongs to an “enthusiast”.

I agree with the FV433 Abbot 105-mm Self-Propelled Gun identification and that it is most likely owned by a private collector. Last numbers I saw were around $100K for one. The bore evacuator (Ring about midway down the barrel) is a very quick tell to distinguish it from the M108. (Which is shaped very differently anyway.)

I suspect that ~100 US gallon gas tank is a bit pricey to fill. And 105mm ammunition is likely illegal.
