If you want to prevent abortions, you make sure everyone has health care, a high school education and birth control. Not the exact opposite.

See the three things you suggest are socialism and bad. But yeah this is why I hate the pro life political groups. They ally with the party that offers no solutions to the situations that force many women especially poor ones to choose to get abortions in the first place. They think just saying NO ABORTION will solve the problem just like the abstinence only idiots with teen sex.
