Happy New Year from Glasgow!

Was pretty quiet at our end, compared to what I’ve gathered from some of you upthread: spent Hogmanay (As we call New Year’s Eve in Scotland.) in the house with BBC Alba’s Hogmanay Ceilidh on the telly. Best Hogmanay show in Scotland, excellent musicianship from Manran, although the Glenfinnan Ceilidh Band were no slouches either. The only noises outside were the of burst of fireworks, and the odd burst of singing drunks in the streets outside after midnight.
