well, I really only have a vague “sense” that countries have been consistent in certain tendencies of action. On reflection I don’t have enough detailed incidences to compose a profile that I would be willing to submit as sufficient for others to draw any accurate conclusions. I just tossed that comment out there as an off-the-top-of-my-head catalyst for further conversation. By prediction, I didn’t mean a 1+1=2 type of formula, just a trend of action by a country towards maintaining certain political positions.
