Charge him and throw some of those big ass textbooks at him. Or, make the textbook covers bullet proof and use them as shields while you charge. Or carry a grenade launcher or flame thrower instead of a gun. A sporty tactical nuke would be awesome too.

Honest to god this country seems to be getting dumber by the hour sometimes.
