In fact, it was something Parker and Stone did pre South Park. It was later an episode though. The people who cry “Why don’t they make fun of Muhammad” don’t get it. There are much more people who celebrate Christmas in our culture than are Muslims. It’s not about political correctness, it’s how humor operates.

Every joke needs a victim. Evangelical Christians make great victims because they’re so insecure about their faith that they see any criticism, mockery, or doubt as a sign of impending doom…like their whole castle is built on a foundation of cards.
