A bill requiring prostate exam or other invasive procedures to determine that Viagra is medically necessary - along with a 48 hour waiting period between initial consult and final consult for Viagra as well as warnings about use/misuse of the drug can result in death, long term health risks, etc.. /that pretty much covers it.
