I wanna know who these assholes are, saying that >10% of the population of the United States shouldn’t count. No doubt they’re communicating these thoughts by Facebook or Twitter, which IIRC were not started in Texas.

But overall, it’s still mindboggling that there are people who think it’s a cogent argument that if you exclude the most populous state in the Union, then the results are more valid.
