Nothing is certain. But polling is showing it to be very unpopular (like less than 40% approval). So, it could hurt a lot of GOP incumbents. If it is enough to swing a bunch of seats, that we don’t really know…

New polling today shows the Democrats are favored to win the Senate. If they do, absolutely need to pack the Court if the GOP pushes a Trump nominee through.
