Our Childrens’ hospital, one of the best in the country, has set up a freaking tent to handle emergency drive-through H1N1 and other flulike illness cases, and it’s still 80 degrees down here.

We had the first child fatality in my state yesterday.

And the anti-vaxers, left and right - but particularly the brainless “organic cotton jeans” crowd - are yelling at people not to get the vaccine, if and when it becomes available.
