So apparently Amash is considering seeking the Libertarian nomination. Can’t say I’m particularly surprised. And not entirely sure it’s a bad thing. As I mentioned earlier: any vote that is not for Trump is better than a vote that would otherwise be for Trump.

I was looking at the numbers from 2016 again and there’s a decent argument that Johnson being on the ballot in a few states may have actually helped Clinton win those states. Assuming that most of those Johnson voters would have otherwise voted for the Republican nominee.
