A very interesting survey about public opinion on global warming:

There’s a whole lot there. Here’s my favorite part:

A question on whether “most scientists” think that global warming is happening:

Democrats: 55%
Independents: 46%
Republicans: 29%
Tea Party: 10%

What does this mean? It means that only 10% if Tea Partiers have the slightest clue about what scientists think about global warming (and note, the question doesn’t even refer to Anthropogenic global warming).

And I’m having an argument over at Judith Curry’s website with a “conservative” who is trying to claim that “conservatives” are better informed about climate change.
