Trump is repeating what Miller probably told him, that the “country is full.” IIRC, it’s a talking point among nativists that there is no more room in the USA for people of a certain kind, because otherwise White Culture will be diluted or even eliminated.

Conservatives trying to control women by limiting their life choices to being mothers is all part of this too.
