For what it is worth, think of the free stuff you get with Amazon Prime as a library.

Not something you own.

I choose not to purchase streaming video. mr. klys does sometimes, when it is cheap enough and it is something he doesn’t necessarily worry about long term.

That’s very different than the Prime streaming stuff, which isn’t something you own at all.

Thing is I don’t want to get into the (bad) habit of streaming. Sooner or later I’ll have to pay for just the streaming. I refuse to. If I pay, I own.
