That has been asked and answered. He was obligated to write to the committee because the facts that he testified to had changed and he needed to provide a written and dated response for CYA.

Interesting though that he didn’t write to the whole committee.

I don’t suppose he is obligated to do that, but with the stink of politics behind this I stand by my statement: the Utah senator is not going to put Comey under oath so the Democrats can ask about this.

Note also that Hillary Clinton and John Podesta also want the information out now that Comey gave his rodent-copulating letter.
