You can create a throwaway Twitter account. Create it to contact these people and say that’s why you did it. Trust me. If not for the Twitter team I think I’d still be screwed.
Then just do a direct message to them and explain.
The people from the stores are worthless. Direct TV phone numbers go to Mumbai. The only people you will get any satisfaction from is the Twitter crew.
We were run in circles for months. Billing and a credit we were supposed to get. Hundreds of dollars. Twitter crew got it for me.
Oh, and if you go in thinking you’ll just give them some time…..YOU LOSE.
