I don’t but I do shred anything with any bank, credit card, or SSN on it. It is either to be retained or destroyed beyond any recovery. It’s the smart decision. You should own a shredder, and Officemax has a good selection (I used to work there).

I have a shredder and use it. I just brought up the point that ID theft is like being mugged. It happens, it’s traumatic, but an industry has been built on something that most likely will not happen to you. And the fear ! !
