I’m guessing at an acquaintance’s place in all likelihood (hotels in Israel are freakin’ expensive for no good reason). Though they wouldn’t have an issue at any hotel, even if they identified by their organization’s name, since hotel managements in the country generally don’t scrutinize that much - you’d be fine so long as you didn’t go into the hotel wearing a Klan outfit, and even then it’d only be due to security standards (most Israelis don’t know what the KKK was/is)…
