The only problem is that Djokovic has enough money - and connections - that he could easily procure a bogus vaccine certificate (TBH I’m surprised he hasn’t done so already). Pay a doc to “vaccinate” him, enter him into the system, and that’s that. It happens here as well; once an MD inputs the information into the system, and then pours the vaccine down the drain or whatever, than that person is officially “vaccinated” as far as the system is concerned. Here, at least, control is minimal, at best.
