People see a handful of newspaper articles, and they get scared and stereotypey.

That said, I think AZ’s got some issues right now, although I’m sure for most people it’s a fine place to live.

No doubt there are issues to be tackled head-on. It ain’t no “Pollyanna” world… just a bit more issue than other places.
I just get my dander up when a few individuals are willing to just go all “Eleventy!!1!” on emotions to stigmatize an entire area/state - especially when they go off of second-hand info.
