But the Hague has nothing substantial with Cheney. Just one letter of complaint from Francis Boyle as far as I know. Does he even have any standing? I doubt it. No investigation, no warrant, so all we would have is a false arrest.

Of all the real or alleged war criminals still on the loose, Cheney is pretty weak tea.
