I’m so happy to see Obama stop mincing words about climate change. I’ll be even happier if it translates to real effective action.

I know a lot of people will probably jump on me for the following sentence. I agree with you, BUT: I don’t want it to be blind action based on feel-good hippie talking points. I want researched initiatives that provide clear environmental value and maintain the technological par level (or advance it, even). I get a bit sick of the hyper-environmentalists who want to regress to the Stone Age in the name of reversing climate change.
