Almost 2k people die of COVID each day in the US.
That’s with the vax, masks, distancing, tests and factoring in the “variants” above.
Dead is dead so the rate is the rate.
If the chance of a commercial flight crashing was .1 % would there be like 100 crashes a day?
Thats USA alone.
Who would fly?
But by all means we should “get back to normal” and “get on with our lives”.

28000 commercial flights a day, so I think a tenth of one percent would be something like 2.8 crashes, but still, people have to take their freaking shoes off at airports based on something that wasn’t even successful.
