OT in the midst of things here …
Hi there! Haven’t seen you in awhile.
I gather you were in a job search. How’s it going?
Were is the wrong tense.
I’m either overqualified or underqualified or do not have all 25 items experience required in the job description.
Example: A local company is looking for somebody that knows electronic hardware, sensors, high-level programming language (C/C++), scripting languages, embedded/firmware experience, knowledge and use of SQL databases, wireless technology, and experience with coordinating Engineering and QA departments.
I don’t qualify because Perl, PHP, etc are scripting languages, but they specifically want Python.
