As I’ve said a time or two, I like 8. Once I figured out how to make a proper touchpad, I even find the start screen useful for the most part.
Win8 is designed for use with touchscreens.
Unfortunately, Microsoft forgot that MOST OF US DON’T HAVE THOSE YET. And nor do I want one on my desktop.
Fortunately I have enough Win7 licenses to last for a few years yet.
