Just saw a stupid meme. Points out Carson’s SAT scores and whines about Obama’s records being sealed. I don’t know how accurate the info is but test scores aren’t everything and Carson has said a lot of genuinely ignorant things.

The meme that says he had “the best SAT scores in 20 years in Detroit”?

Lie.

If he had perfect SAT scores, if he got a 1600 — there’s several dozen Detroiters every year with that score. My (public) high school in a LA suburb, out of a graduating class of 400, had 8 perfect scores. It was a better than average school, with higher than average test scores, but not outrageously so. A full 1% of test-takers Every. Single. Year. get perfect scores.
