General Petraeus who knew something about fighting an insurgency, and some guy called McMaster who turned the Iraqi hell hole of Tall Afar around, probably gave this kind of speech only kinder & gentler.

Wonder what Petraeus thinks about this guy’s approach to motivating moslems to fight jihadists & Mahdists amongst them.
