Not trying to be countintuitive guy…processed food is bad…but it’s not “the stuff you can’t recognize” that makes it bad. It’s added sugar, added fat, and how many processed goods are at the foundation starch stamped into different shapes. For some people, the added sodium is an added layer of unhealthiness because they’re not getting enough potassium elsewhere in their diet.
