Usually guys shaking hands with a girl. They tweek the elbow —I’ve always found it creepy when a guys does it to me. I don’t know if it’s supposed to be a come-on or some wierd gesture at reassurance. Always leaves me with a bad first impression.

Conscious or not, it’s a control action. If I have your elbow you can’t pull your hand out of my grasp. Every time you see it, it’s someone who has or wants or believes they should have dominance.
