Entirely off topic, but I have just completed going through several years worth of Fine Cooking magazines and cutting out the things that interest me. I put those articles/recipes in what used to be one binder, but I had to expand to two this time around. I still have to do some organizing within categories, but I’ve cleared out some shelf space and put the good recipes where I might actually see them and try them.

I was gonna do that with some Bon Appetit magazines, for years. Finally last year I accepted the fact that not only was I never going to do that, but also that I was never likely to open them again.
This seemed a reasonable conclusion, since they dated to 1981 and I hadn’t looked at them since 1990.
