TBH I don’t know how Kavanaugh got confirmed in 2006. The man obviously isn’t stupid or even unintelligent but the more I learn the more I feel he wasn’t cut out to be a judge in 2006 and definitely isn’t for SCOTUS now.

The GOP ignored the ABA recommendation back then. And in 2006, they were in charge.
