Running to the courts like a liberal:

Every GOPer in states that sued to block SSM.
Every GOPer who threatened to sue the President
Every GOPer who sued to invalidate the ACA.
The GOP that is now trying to sue to invalidate parts of the ACA as part of the House end-year do-nothing clearance sale.

I could go on, but the GOP does a real good job of suing without trying to act like a liberal. They’ve taken lawsuits to a whole different level.

Have a policy dispute? GOP sues.
Have a question about how the law is enacted/enforced? GOP sues.

That’s all the GOP does these days - deny, delay, defund, and do nothing.
