You know what bothers me? Even if we do stop this. What’s to stop Trump and McConnell from trying to get one approved during a recess. I mean it wouldn’t be illegal. That’s actually how John Marshall was approved but man it would be yet another scum move by McConnell who has shown he has zero scruples.

Recess appointment would only last till the new Congress in January.
