I’ve been intending to write a novel for several years. Could I have the literature prize?

Sorry, I get that one for the one I’ve actually started (I have most of part I out of 3 done) that says aliens are behind all the problems we’re having. I figure by putting in all the conspiracy theories I can, it will be a best seller and have a blockbuster movie made from it, so even if I don’t win the literature prize, I’ll still make money on it.
