My Dad’s gig on Halloween was a talking pumpkin. This was the 70’s so it was quite the techno wonder back then. He’d put the speaker behind the pumpkin and sit behind a curtain in the window. Then he would ‘talk’ to the kids. It became a neighborhood thing to do over the years and Mom always had to buy tons of candy because of all the people who brought their kids.
