As I said in another thread, I believe in a robust defense…that is important to our justice system. But this is total bullshit. It’s gaming the system by cheating; by tainting the potential jury pool with lies about the victim. The dead guy. The unarmed dead guy.

It’s a sleezy thing to do to try the victim. This is done to rape victims regularly.

I am surprised that there isn’t a gag order on this bullshit by now.
