I would hope for a positive outlook, but who are these Jews who leave Judaism? Who is this guy? And who ordained him?

We’re not supposed to make a big deal of being proselytized. We should politely decline and walk away, which I do. I’ve had some recent run-ins (there’s a new Mormon church nearby), but I tell them, “No thanks. I’m Jewish.” And they smile nicely and leave. No biggie. That I can deal with. but this seems much more insidious to me.
