Agreed. There is probably more to it than meets the eye. However, no matter how desperate, destitute or depraved the individual is, cats are not meant for human consumption. Is he stealing the neighbor’s cats and eating them? Is he getting them from the pound? Is he raising them? I can’t find any good way to look at this.
