As a former category 2 bicycle racer from the 1980s I have stood behind Lance however if he fesses up to everything and expects to be allowed to compete in return I say NO! The best way to slow doping down is to have a mandatory permanent lifetime ban with loss of all career wins. You become a non person in all sports.
Did I ever dope? I was going to go as far as I could without doping and I did OK but nothing spectacular and outside my own team no one would have known who I was….. but man it was fun!
