Trump and the GOP are intent on destroying women’s right to choose. Kavanaugh is intent on overturning Roe. That’s his mission and the GOP picked him for that express purpose, no matter how much he ignores stare decisis and decades of precedence.

He’s not a jurist. He’s a saboteur of the judicial process to legislate from the bench - he’s pushing a policy outcome that would ignore decades of legal rulings, and supreme court decisions that have sound foundation.

Was there any way for the Dems to keep Kavanaugh off the court by pursuing his financial irregularities and his perjury during the pre-Ford hearings? It was the Trump’s handling of the Ford hearings that really solidified the Republican Senate and may have doomed some Democratic Senators in the November election.
