Correct. The h2o is too warm. Restaurants won’t tell you this. Who knows though we may have figured this out by now. I’ve known the saying/advice since being a kid.

What about Blue Points from Alaska? It’s much colder up there, and I hear they can see Russia from their oyster beds.
