The added bonus in rooting for Germany (and I say this as someone who for various reasons is not a natural Germany fan) is that they’re good to watch at the moment. They were never just a boring, system-based machine (as some would claim) but they do play a fun attacking style at the moment, as opposed to, e.g., Spain who I find extremely dull to watch.

Sound like my Steelers. I always do enjoy aggressive defense and hard nosed offense.
