Yeah I’ve been thinking that Kav’s appointment in 2006 by Dubya was a nice gift for all the years of loyal service to the GOP cause. This guy wasn’t fit to be a judge then and he’s definitely not for SCOTUS now.

If he really did organize the Brooks Brothers riot, he should have been in Leavenworth the last 18 years for that alone….
