I can understand anyone that rants against Garland. I’m close to doing it myself. Time is not on our side, but I don’t see how making Garland the enemy solves anything.

I’m also frustrated that trump gets to delay releasing his docs (OK, the National Archives does). There is going to be a hearing on the 30th. Not a decision, but a hearing. And then a ruling and more appeals.

The frustration is real. I wish I had an answer.

None of us knows what’s going on in the DoJ anymore, because that’s how it’s supposed to work. The Charlottesville trial, for a murder that happened in 2017, is going on now, and I don’t think that’s unusual.
