Actually the single most unkosher food is a banger or a blood sausage.

The traditional way to make one is:

Collect a bucket of pig blood.

Let it clot.

Collect the clots with flour and spices and stuff into a pig intestine.

Fry and serve frequently with dairy.

Now this may taste so good it it akin to the pleasure of experiencing the pure love of a virtuous woman. I am never going to find out. Even if it were kosher, my queasiness goes through the roof on this one.

If there is any food more unkosher, I simply don’t want to think about it. For those who don’t know, the blood taboo is the largest of the offenses.
