“Crisis Standards of Care” = Health Care Rationing

This is happening across the country right now. The one here discusses the largest health care system in Delaware.

(The fine print basically says that they are going to change how they handle care and that it will be in line with Delaware and Maryland Crisis Standards of Care. But doesn’t give any specifics.)
