There’s a good pizza joint in the Castro called The Sausage Factory. Ironically, it was named that before the Castro was a gay joint. But it wasn’t in the Castro. So when they had to move locations, it was kind of natural they’d relocate to the Castro. Why waste an opportunity like that?
