Who is maintaining a logistics train that get antique ammo to Somalia?

Apparently there’s arms manufacturers out there still producing 7.92 Kurz because the Soviets spread these things far and wide after WWII. First to client states, then to communist rebel groups. No telling how these ended up in a crate in Syria.
