Friday night we enjoyed fingerling potatoes, roasted in some olive oil, garlic and rosemary.
When you buy fingerling potatoes DO NOT BUY the “purple” ones. The light brown and red ones are great, but the purple ones look like…turds.
Food that look like a turd is not appetizing.
Upding for the rosemary. :)
The stuff rocks with chicken, potatoes, and a lot of other stuff. I’m surprised I have not reduced my potted one to a few twigs and a stump yet.
