Obama 2012, took 63% of under $30,000; 57% between $30,000 and $50,000.

Hillary took 53% and 51% respectively.

Those two groups represented 36% of this year’s electorate-41% in 2012.

Can’t find a breakdown of income by race/ethnicity.

Thanks for those numbers. So then the next question is whether that change represents an actual shift, or was it largely made up in the overall lack of participation in that demographic relative to 2012? Stated otherwise, did the reliably GOP voters in that demographic get out the vote, while the Dem segment didn’t or are was there legitmate crossover?
